To coincide with the 2022 release of one of our absolute favourite beers, Embers, our hoppy red ale, we wanted to do something very special.
Collaborating with the amazing Frankie's BBQ team, Tamika and Tristan, we hosted a ribs and red night. Packing out multiple sessions over the evening, it was the perfect opportunity to share with a captive audience what Embers means to us - a rich, complex malt bill lending to flavours of toffee, dried fruit and caramel combining with the smooth bittering hops of cashmere and el dorado.
To us, Embers is the perfect accompaniment to low and slow BBQ, so there was no better way to launch this year's release than on a cold winter's night in the warmth of Frankie's with a plate of perfectly slow cooked, smoked rack of ribs.
