The delivery of our brewery to 27 South Brewing was a monumental day for us—a big step in bringing our vision to life. After months of planning, design, and anticipation, the brewery finally arrived at our venue, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our brewing journey.
The process was nothing short of exciting and a bit nerve-wracking. With forklifts and a lot of teamwork, we carefully unloaded our custom brewing equipment—tanks, kettles, and fermenters all set to bring our beer to life. Watching each piece come together in our space was a surreal moment, knowing that this equipment would help craft the beer we’ve dreamed of serving.
